So after I famously (and wrongly) predicted Shakhtar to put up a fight against Barca, I've continued my poor run of form by also backing Schalke to beat Man United 
It's not completely over, but after tonight, I don't have much hope of a Schalke win!

Awful performance by Schalke in the semi, its right up there with Manutd 2nd leg at San siro, and Arsenal 2nd leg against United at Emirates few years ago.
Schalke should just not show up to the 2nd leg, we all would have been better off if United put there chances away and killed this tie off for good.

Even as someone who wants Man U to lose, it is well and truly over!
It's a shame of all the quarter finals and semis so far, the Man U Chelsea one was the only one with any intrigue in the 2nd leg, the others were put to bed early.
Here's hoping for a Real win tonight and a barn-storming second leg to that one....!

I'm sure about at the schalke performance surprised they were so poor according to reports I heard and read but they couldn't be any worse than Wolves last night we were absolutely shocking.

Yeah even if we lost by 2 -3 goals at Palace,I can't see Leeds beating QPR,who have the best defence in the league by 3 or 4 goals at Loftus rd.

I have never celebrated an Arsenal goal like I did today. Having had the season we have had, it's quite incredible to think that at this stage, the title race is still in our hands. Big task at OT next week but at least we still have a chance. We were 15 points of the top in February. Not sure why we had the the disaster we did, but the last 7 or so games in the PL, we have been very good. If only we played like that the whole way through.

Chelsea are unquestionably the best team in the premiership IMO. I think if Arsenal bought a commanding CB and a top keeper and could keep everyone fit they'd be the best, but for now it's Chelsea. i think Chelsea will beat United next weekend but United have two easy games after that and could win the league on goal difference. Given United have played as well as they possibly could this season and Chelski and Arsenal have both thrown away countless points and had horrible luck with injuries, it's safe to say if United win the league, it won't be because they're the best team in the league.

Chelski did not win due to an offside goal because if the officials had been doing their jobs, United's goal would have been disallowed as well because Macheda handled it twice before scoring. Convenient how United fans seem to forget that.
