He dropped Simeone with an unorthodox leg kick while he was on his stomach. He would be a beast at MMA Exclamation

Beating a man one on one was never Beckhams' strong point.

Didn't know wher to put this so I'll put it here.

    From fightofthenight.com.

Pay-per-view channel Primetime has now become the official home of Strikeforce in the UK, with events such as the heavyweight grand-prix along with other major live events such as Saturday’s ‘Feijao Vs Henderson’ available to purchase.

Today Primetime announced that they will now also air the Strikeforce Challengers events live on Sky Channel 480 for free. Live streaming will also be available on the channel’s own website.

This is good news for UK MMA fans as it marks the first time that they will have the opportunity to watch the Challengers series live.

The first event to benefit from the new deal will be Strikeforce Challengers 15 on Friday, April 1st which features new signing Satoshi Ishi Vs Scott Lighty.

ESPN has today released their breakdown of the top 30 earners in the sports industry over the past season or calendar year, with former UFC heavyweight champion, Brock Lesnar coming in at thirteenth overall on the list with $5.3 million in prize money and estimated pay-per-view shares.

The figure does not include extra revenue in the form of sponsorships and endorsements. Compared to the main man in the boxing world, Manny Pacquiao, the figure is on the low side with “Pac-Man” picking up a staggering $32 million in the last year.

Pacquiao shares the top spot with New York Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriguez, ahead of other top earners in the top ten which include Kobe Bryant, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Kimi Raikkonen. The full list can be found here...

    Lowest-paying sport: women's bowling.

Highest-paying sports (tie): baseball and boxing.

Gender breakdown: 32 men, 11 women.

    Total money earned: $238,536,500.

Average amount earned per athlete: $5,547,360.

That list only includes the top earner in each sport so to say Lesnar is the 13th highest paid sportsperson is incorrect. The average wage at Barca and Real is around $7m which is about the same as the NY Yankees, all higher than Brocks wage.

there are literally hundreds of sportsmen/women being paid far more than Lesnar. Dozens in baseball, dozens in basketball, dozens in american football, dozens in football, some in boxing, some in ice hockey, some in tennis, some in snooker, some in darts and of course all auto racing.
