His passport has expired, therefore Palhares is not going to be an option to fight Demian Maia.

Awww im kinda dissapointed, there wont be much buildup for Sonnen-Bisping. But cant wait to see Bisping take a beating in less than 2 weeks.

Re: Munoz injured....Bisping in!!!!!
This is the best news I've heard in months. Could not be happier. Bisping is going to get destroyed. Not sure where he gets the fight of the year idea. Ass-kicking of the year is far more likely.

Re: Munoz injured....Bisping in!!!!!
Fair play to Bisping for taking the fight, no doubt he has gone from a fight where he was arguably the favourite to a fight where he is now the clear underdog, so he deserves some respect for that.
Also good to see Weidman step up and fight Maia, looks like he'll now be fast tracked and could be in title contention at the end of the year! A shame for Munoz to get injured, maybe he could fight Palhares when he recovers. I think this has to be the best comeback for a card for an injury so close to the event, Bisping and Weidman must be getting paid some serious amounts to alter their plans, no doubt the fact that it is on Fox is the reason for this.

he gets paid an absolute fortune under normal circumstances, so i can only imagine the riches UFC offered him to take this fight..
still ..fair play

Re: Munoz injured....Bisping in!!!!!
Wow this is a dream match up for most of us! No way Chael will let Bisping back up for the whole fight. I'm sure Bisping didn't need much motivation other than getting into a No1 contenders fight without having earned it, and probably extra pay. Not as if he wasn't in shape anyway.
It's a shame that Maia-Palhares couldn't happen, but i think that would have been a great fight.
Maia-Weidman should be entertaining too, although it'll likely be a stand up fight between 2 decent strikers as Weidman will want nothing to do with Maia on the ground.

Re: Munoz injured....Bisping in!!!!!
Bisping said Sonnen cant sub him and cant KO him so if he decisions him he didnt diserve to fight Anderson anyway.... I think he is in for a shock because in all likelyhood Sonnen is going to hammer his head into the matt repeatedly and TKO him. I dont see Bisping surviving this, Backpeddling and Jabbing wont work against Sonnen who isnt adverse to charging like a bull and bringing the fight to someone.
Sonnen TKO round 2.

Re: Munoz injured....Bisping in!!!!!
This Is going to be hilarious to watch Bisping get rag dolled for 3 Rounds.
Got to say I like the card more now with no Munoz I think Weidman ve Maia is an excellent fight and credit to to him for taking It at short notice.

wow.....unlucky Bisping eh!
But lucky us
I think Munoz is a great fighter, shame to see him off the card & hopefully Dana & co wont forget where he left the title picture when he returns.
Evans - Decision
Sonnen - Rape
Maia - Sub

Re: Munoz injured....Bisping in!!!!!
Anyone remember Randy spanking Tito during their fight? I can see Sonnen doing something like this to Bisping. Against Anderson he was nerly showing off with those 'double punches' Maby the Lesnar bucking bronco againt Herring? I see something funny from Chael when he realises Bisping hasnt anything to offer becides being very quick at running backwards!

There is no way that Bisping will be taken seriously after this fight, Sonnen will absolutely own him for as long as he wishes. Cannot wait.

Re: Munoz injured....Bisping in!!!!!
Thinking about it, why wasn't Maia bumped up to face Sonnen in a rematch? I think Dana is too scared that Maia subs Sonnen again and we get Anderson-Maia II.....

Yep I would go with that that is the last thing Zuffa want to see a rematch with Maia for Anderson and yes again' It is far too dangerous fight tom make to jeopardise a Sonnen rematch hell If Bisping wins they will no doubt attempt to put the show in a football stadium up north (I'm thinking the Reebok would be a safe option) and make big dough too, a win-win fight for Zuffa no matter what the result Is.
