Anyone seen the Video of Penn weighing 175lbs and looking ripped? Just google it and see the shape he is in.

He has been training with a lot of powerfull wrestlers too, Ben Askren and Tyron Woodley, Also Got Josh Thompson and Pat Healy, Tarec Saffiedine, with Jay Heiron too...

Seriously looks like he is putting in the effort. I know we have heard this before but I just read an interview where he accepts the fans were right and that he hadnt been pushing himself.

Said he knows this is his last fight if he doesnt win. Talked about being a pudgy smaller fighter but being over the 170lbs limit and not having to cut much he feels he will be able to stop big Ww lieing their weight on him and pushing him around.

Im really hoping for Penn. The guy will always be a legend but Id love to see him have 1 last run at the title even if it is another loss to GSP. I love Penn and want to see him get back to the top.

Anyone see him winning against MacDonald? Its a hell of a tough fight against a guy who many see as the future of the devision.

I still wish he would of concentrated on LW,as I think the very best BJ can still be a force there, but at WW,he'll give anyone a good fight, but he just isn't big enough to compete with the elite WW's of today.

I really hope BJ wins(one of my all time favorite fighters),as i think a loss against Rory could spell the end of his fighting career, but my money will be on Rory.

The fact he is cutting to 170lbs now is good, if he is 175lbs he is comparible size for a Ww than Machida or Evans are at Lhw who only cut 10lbs at most.

I dont think he will go back to 155lbs but I agree I think its a better weight class for him and could see him being champ there again.

Id love to see him be the man to beat GSP
