British Fighters at 120

Just a quick question guys.

How many of the British boys will you be cheering on tonight and if there's 1 your hoping gets beat why?

Obviously I'm expecting the whole "bispings a cunt hope he gets smashed" but I always cheer for Bisping even if he can come across as a dick at times.

For me Im always hoping Hardy loses. Dont really know why but i just dont like the guy. Never have and never will. Got loads of respect for him as a fighter and he got loads of heart but i just love to hate him.

Also ive always kinda liked Rob Broughton. Gotta support other fat baldies!

Hardy's a fellow Nottingham lad like myself.

So without a doubt,Hardy is the Brit that I most want to win.

I don't think they all will win,but I'll be cheering them all on to be honest.

The Mcsweeney fight should be good his opponent has a 22-0 Boxing record with 21 KO's im really looking forward to that fight but I think I want McSweeney to loose, as I usually hope for the Brazilian!!

Id rather Hathaway won but not too fussed. Really those 4 are the ones Im hoping win

Apart from Bisping, i'm cheering for all the Brits, mostly Hardy though!

Dont want to sound to negative about the british fighters but I normally cheer on whoever is facing McSweeney. Not his biggest fan. Be interesting to see how he copes with the cut in weight tho.

I reckon 205 looks a natural fit for him. He didnt look too starved to make the weight, If anything he looks healthier than before. He was a really average Hw but as one of the bigger Lhw's he should have a little more success, im just worried that his striking has gone to shit and he isnt going to be able to hang with someone with a KO ratio like that.

Amazed Hathaway's not getting more support, he represents England's best chance of a UFC title in the next 5 years.

I've got high hopes of Hathaway also,I think he is overall the best british fighter we have right now.

But for personality,the way he speaks and sticks up for the sport,aswell as ability wise,heart and his fighting style,(plus local bias obviously )Hardy is hands down my favorite British fighter.

I'm wondering if the build up to the GSP - Hardy fight has anything to do with your dislike towards Hardy,GSPfan.

No I really disliked him before that fight was announced.

I remember the day Joe Calzaghe retired from boxing and hardy was on the phone to Setanta sports and didnt have anything good to say about Joe which pissed me off a bit because I thought why does he need to comment on a boxer. Obviously the fact he trains a bit with Froch who's a bigger prick than he is probably had something to do with that.
