Kos walked away with close to $250,000 for his nights work.

Anyone else annoyed that Tito got $250,000 plus he'll get a share of the PPV and the UFC weren't prepared to pay Hendo $200,000 a fight?? Tito hasn't won a fight since 2006!

it is a bit unfair at first, but when you think about it, Tito has earned his big bucks over the years he promotes the hell out of every fight and gets people excited about his fights compared to Hendo.

when people say tito didnt deserve £250k that amount is based on reputation and agreed before a fight so it dont matter how the preformence is its already a contract.

And the contract should have been based on performance. Coming off multiple losses and over a year away from the sport!

I don't care about his PPV percentage. He earns that by being a draw and doing all the promotion. But his BASE pay should be much much lower.

Completely agree. Regardless of the 'bums on seats' view, it certainly sends out the message that money is far more important than the product.

Fair play to the guy he's screwing the system! can't understand how he earns that after leaving and coming back... very strange. Does anybody know what the top earners get in the UFC? Their all on a good crack and I guess as it's still a growing sport the payouts are only getting better.

Brock gets $400,000 per fight, win or lose. Plus a share of the PPV.

GSP gets $200,000 per fight plus another $200,000 if he wins. plus ppv share

Anderson, Penn and Machida all get the same as GSP. I think this may be a champions contract because Evans And Griffin were both on that much in their one title defense each.

Nog and Couture are both on $250,000 per fight plus $150,000 win bonus. plus ppv share. Wanderlei and Rampage are/were on similar money.

But the highest paid fighter is Chuck Liddell. $500,000 win or lose. Plus his ppv share.

Pretty ridiculous to be fair. How is Tito getting paid more than the dominant champs?

Im a Tito fan and fine he is a draw so I can see why they give him 250 K. But its ridiculous that they cant even give Hendo 200 K AFTER they took his title shot away! Hendo could be nearing the end of his career and he needs to think about the future. No respect by Dana for the fighters life. Disgraceful.

Chuck who is the same age makes half a million a fight WTF?

Tiz alot of money but no where near what they'll be earning on say 5 years time... As for Chuck what's happening with him? he's not as well regarded as he once was so I can't see him earning that much any more?

Fuck Hendo was only after 200,000 he well diserves that, he is on a level with Couture and Liddell if not better and is in a different league to Tito IMO. I dont care about bums on seats or PPV numbers etc..

Tito is a mouthpeice and a character alright but these are Pro Athletes and Hendo is on top of his game, Pay people a base pay to reflect how good a figher they are! Not how popular they are, give popular guys cuts of the PPV or whatever but Its DAN HENDERSON!! A Bigger name in MMA history books than plenty of guys getting more than him!

Ah well Fuck UFC, I hope Hendo goes back to Dream or goes to Strikeforce and gets the fights and the money he diserves.
