In any one night what was the biggest win? It can be a single fight or a tournament. What one night in a fighters career was the most impressive?

Shogun Rua KOing Overeem and Arona inside a round is one that stands out to me...

Probabally Crocop stopping Wanderlei and Barnett again both in the 1st in the same night is the one id pick...

Colemans UFC 10 or Pride GP wins were 3 back to back wins in the same night... not quite the same opposition but theyre up there.

Im going with Crocop... anyone else?

Yeah i'd have to go with Mirko in the GP.

But for the sport of MMA, the biggest win was this:

MMA's biggest win was having BJ Penn as a correspondant on CNN during Tsunami Watch, and using video from BJPenn.com of Hilo Bay.

    Does that count? lol!

Royce Gracie at UFC 1 would have to be in the running, for historic value and for the subsequent influence of BJJ on MMA as a whole.

A couple for me from a different perspective are:

GSP getting finished by Matt Serra (Serra being the major under dog,and should never have won)

    and

Randy Couture beating Tim Sylvia (this was the start of the rise of the UFC HW division)

    Fedor vs Cro Cop

    Good thread man.

For me, Fedor against Nog at PRIDE25. Sort of sealed the deal. Nog on the back of 13 straight wins, undefeated in PRIDE, against Fedor who'd only fought twice in PRIDE. Just the way that Fedor dominated Nog. Still don't know how Nog survived Fedors GnP.

Matt Serra beating GSP has got to be up there as the biggest single fight win in MMA

an 8-1 underdog KOing one of the top 5 p4p best MMA fighters of all time for the title,I don't think any other MMA fighter can claim to have a bigger win than that on their records.

This would be like Roy Nelson stopping Fedor for the Strikeforce title,Bisping taking Anderson Silva's belt and BJ losing his to Guida.

I don't quite understand the question scratch

If its most impressive tourtument run then its easily Shogun in the 2005 GP

If its a night then Cro Cop destroying Wandy and Barnett

If its upset then ofcoarse Serra vs GSP Evil or Very Mad Mad

Then there is Fedor vs Nog as well.

Well it says biggest win, so I assumed Serra vs GSP would be that, if we were talking greatest fights then the Fedor and Nog fight and Cro Cops wins aswell.
