Guys. Let me just put it out there and see what happens. I've been involved in a huge Celtic supporters club for the last 10 years (don't let that put some of you off!) I have great experience in organising some of scotlands best Celtic football evenings ever. Not wanting to blow my own trumpet but I reckon I could do this for the armbar! I only expect about 20 people to come but how good would that be?

So it's in Edinburgh (yeah thats where I live) about July so the question is? How is up for booking trains/planes/automobiles for an evening? Dinner? Nothing fancy. I could probably get a minor MMA celeb. But hopefully it'll be the 1st of many.

By the way can I just say John Hartson LEGEND!

Edinburgh? Reckon I could handle that.

John Hartson is a legend (just for that goal against Liverpool). Twisted Evil

You can definitely count me in on that one mate. I could even give a hand organising venue etc. (Used to run the Blind Beggar pub on Broughton Road and still have quite a few contacts in various pubs/clubs). I've sent you a message with my contact details Paddy.

I know one or two bars where we could get an area reserved and some poor scran thrown in if we bring enough people. However, it sounds like Pete might be more useful than myself.

The Armbar is taking over the world...

When I was up North at the weekend I was talking to a couple of my mate's friends about UFC 110. They were asking if I'd bothered placing any bets on the event so I told them about the predictions league we've got running. Turns out one of them runs a predictions league on MMAShare (I think it was anyway...) and the other was registered on The Armbar as lylla2, what's the chances?

I'd love to come, and I'd be gutted to miss out, but to be honest finding free weekends and the cash to fly to Edinburgh for a boys' booze up isn't going to be easy, especially since I'm already on about a million stag do's over the next few months!

Now, on the other hand, if I could persuade work I need to go to Edinburgh for some reason..... Suspect
