Veteran of the year-Randy.cant get much more veteran than that.
Fallen Legend-Rampage.im sure hes earning well out of the movies but will be seen as ducking evans,a real shame as everyone was looking forward to that.

I agree but if Sanchez beats Penn then he has to take it, two wins over solid competition, one a FOTY canditate and to top it off a win over one of the all time greats. Aoki or Sanchez.

Thats really harsh IMO, he has only fought once and it was against a fanatsic fighter in Frankin. He put in a great performance and had his heart in it, it was a fanatstic fight. Franklin was just coming off a very close fight with Hendo.

Cro Cop was a lot worse against JDS

I'll do my picks later. Comical picks of Shogun as best LHW though. Comical. Horrendous performance against the worst Coleman ever, good performance against a very poor Liddell and lost to Machida.

I don't understand the reaction to there fight either. It was a close fight that could have gone either way, its not a Hammil-Bisping decision. Its unfair on Machida, he beat the then undefeated T Silva who in the words of Joe Rogan is a murderer and killed Jardine after, Rashad Evans the man who KOed Liddell and Griffin and beat so many other great fighters and then won a close decision against a tough opponent.

The most hilarious thing about the whole Machida-Shogun thing is that all the Shogun fans blamed Cecil Peoples for the decision.

Here's the thing:

Even if peoples had given it to Shogun 5 rounds to 0, HE STILL WOULD HAVE LOST.
