I say Overoid fights Brett Rogers 1st. Id give Brett a decent shot at beating him. If not Rogers then Antonio Silva. At this stage I dont think he should be allowed to walk straight into a Fight with Fedor despite his title. There are 2 people who are ahead of him in the queue.
