How about some credit for John Hathaway???

No one is mentioning him in the post fight comments. The lad is undefeated (12-0)!! Ok he only beat Paul Taylor but he really beat him up!! I was chatting to Hathaway after his fight and there was barely a mark on him!! Taylor on the other hand was battered to a pulp!!

Come on lets hear it for Hathaway!!

    cheers cheers

probably because no-one can find the unaired undercard fights! so no-one knows what went on apart from those who saw it live Mad lol

i have been impresed with him in his other fights though, hes a very good fighter for a posh boy, and he trains with the whitemare so his striking should be coming along too.

does anyone have links to the etim/osipczack/hathaway/kelly fights?

Actually, I thought it was a great showing by all of the locals. I'm so glad to see that Nick Osipczak beat Matt Riddle. No boring wrestling match for him!

And yes, I'm still trying to find the Paul Kelly vs Dennis Sivers fight as that one picked up KO of the night (not sure how Andre Winner didn't get that one, I'm sure someone caught Roli Delgado's head in the back row!) I hate the fact that the UFC wants me to pay (I know it's not much) to view the prelims. How are the lower down guys meant to grab media attention if they're not seen by most of the world?

What a shot! Silver is a mauler! Its hard to imagine any 155er stopping Kelly on the feet! I really want to see that fight. I saw Silver KO someone in Dublin with the same spinning back kick! I wish him all the best he is a really exciting figher though has some bad losses on his record. I wouldnt mind seeing him rematch Melvin Guillard.

It was one hell of a kick. Kelly simply crumpled to the floor. Wierd though that Siver got KO of the nigt as it was actually a TKO. After the kick Kelly got back up and Siver jumped on him before the ref stopped it. Kelly was down for a good 5 mins and had to be carried fromn the octagon. Apparently he has 3 broken ribs!

Siver did the same thing to Nate Mohr at 93 and got KO of the night as well.

Ive always been impressed by Hathaway, thats 2 impressive wins in a row. First Story now Taylor. Osipzack also looks pretty good.

Siver is a talented fighter, powerful hands and a good grappler. Don't know who's next for him though, possibly Pearson.

Sorry but who the fucks make the picks for fight of the night, KO of the night and Sub of the night? Are they crazy? This was fight of the night unless the 1st round was shit!! Thanks V.Much for the Video Chesty much appreciated. These are two of the most entertaining fighters in the 155 devision, A flying knee and superman attempt from Kelly, And it wasnt a "posey" superman attempt if you know what a mean, Sometimes I think fighers are using a superman like a jab with no intention on it, almost to keep an opponent at bay... this was ment to decapitate Silver! Silvers upperbody movemnt is execlent that bob n weave and shoulder roll with a jumping left hook was like a little german joe frazier!! Ballys ballsy performance by Kelly 3 broken ribs by a spinning heel kick is a fight ender in any other fight!!!! Still one of my favorite fighers and still bar far my far Brit figher. Shame Kelly didnt take home a fight of the night bouns for such brass balls.

Whats the craic with watching it on that UFC link, Do I just need to register and upgrade my flash player or do I have to pay for the fight?

Oh about the rant at the start... who picks these bonuses? Anyone know? KO of the Night = Winner, Fight of the night was Kelly vs Silver.

And I havnt seen sum of the night from my 2nd favorite Brit figher Etim... Any links to that? you'd think ive a soft spot for Scouses! these being my 2 favorite Laughing Winner and Pearson are two likeable fighers as well to watch.. Ill deffo be hoping for them next fight.

I if ESPN will show the undercards to any more UFC's they did that a few UFC's ago didnt they?

ben, you just click the link, wait for it to load and then click "watch now" and it'll play, but i think you have to have silverlight.

i generally hate scousers, but i like pretty well all of the british fighters and etim is a particular favourite.

and i dont know who picks the awards, but should that really have been KO of the night? i mean the kick led to the KO of course but the fight wasnt stopped till about 30 seconds later due to punches.

edit: thats the only prelim i could find, due to the fact they have changed the way they release the prelims to stop people watching them for free, i really want to see the other fights!

i found this pic though lol.

Its a shame we can't find that fight. I was so impressed with both Hathaway and Slick Nick. I gave Nick no chance against Riddle but Nick really went to town on him and beat him quite easily. Although props to Riddle for coming in to the Hulk Hogan entrance music "I am a real American" Well funny!!
