What a coincidence, i knew you'd set it up for an Overeem- Cain final. Rolling Eyes

    Andrei Arlovski vs Cain Velasquez

Arlovski defeats Velasquez via submission (ninja choke) at 0:07 of RD 1.

    Shane Carwin vs Alistair Overeem

Carwin defeats Overeem via KO (spinning roundhouse kick) at 4:59 of RD 3. (yep, thats right, Carwins lasts the distance.)

ben im actually going to change my vote from carwin to overeem, i think it would play out like the ben edwards fight, carwin will swing for the fences and gas and the reem will ko him.

Yes mate it would, only Carwin is a worse striker than Edwards, Id back reem to finish him in half the time! Laughing

Chelsea I shoulda done it the other way round on reflexion, when I started I didnt expect a Cain vs Reem final. I wasnt sure either would even make it past the 1st round!

    You guys see WEC?

not guarenteed to have a cain v overeem final as there have only been a couple of votes.

Cain smashes Arlovski in the 1st

Overeem weathers a storm, rolls a fag I can't smoke coz of random (work) testing, and knees Carwin into a coma.

Sets up a nice final I think

    Cain stoppage 1st rd

    Overeem Sub 2nd

No contest really with AA and Cain, think that AA will put up more of a show than Lesnar did, but just cannot see anything other than a Velasquez KO.

Overeem v Carwin i see as a closer fight. Simply because I'm not sure how Overeem will react to the early onslaught from Carwin. I see him having a little too much technical ability though, and whilst Carwins cardio is such a doubt, see Overeem taking it into the 2nd round, where Carwin will ultimately collapse and hand Overeem the Sub win.
