Just to let you all know i won't be posting as much for the next 2 months as i broke my wrist at football last night! Should be healed a day or two before Xmas so thats something to look forward to!

I know how painful it is,I broke a little bone in my wrist not long ago and when I rotate it a certain way or touch it on that point,I about hit the roof.

But I have to pay to get it sorted here,sod that,it's not as if they can do much apart from put it in a cast and send me a huge bill for x rays and shit,so I'm just making do with a wrist support untill it sorts itself out.

be careful with a fork, they can get stuck. Try a ruler, preferably a metal one.

I hear itching it isn't recommended as it just creates tiny cuts and therefore makes it more itchy. I've actually found that just elevating your arm above your heart level reduces the itchiness a bunch.
