Yeah mate Ive got Hendo by TKO too, Shogun has ditched Cordiero amd moved back to Brazil to train for this... probabally Ninja holding pads for him! Basically when I heard this it means to me that he wont be training at the same level as he was. I think in his own Gym in Brazil he is the Lesnar of the Gym and doesnt have the sparring partners or coaches to push him.

Shoguns is training at the same camp he did when he was preparing for Chuck at UFC 79,but his manager has said they are keeping quite about who'll be invovled in the camp.

This camp is in Sao Paulo, not UDL in Curitiba. I think they're putting together something specific for Henderson.

Yeah Forrest is huge. It's incredible how he makes 205, especially seeing a picture like that.

Forrest walks around at about 240! He's a HW.

Nelson looks about 30lbs lighter than normal. Maybe he took Dana's advice. Hoping CroCop kicks his head off though.

Nelson only has the frame of an average sized LHW,I really wish he would drop the weight and fight there.

You could see just how big a LHW Forrest was when he fought Franklin,it looked like a HW against a MW,which is basically what they both are.
Franklin is a big MW,while Forrest would be a small HW.

It's a shame for Franklin,getting destroyed by Silva left the guy in limbo,if he stayed at MW,he'd still be one of the best there and a contender for a belt,but he be a contender for a belt he'd have no chance of winning.
At LHW,he's just to small to compete with the top guys of the division,so has to wait for big fights against big names who at the time aren't in the title picture.

I think there's still a few interesting fights at 185 for Rich if he went back down. I always felt that if GSP was to move up to MW that Rich would be an ideal first opponent to use as a measuring stick. There's also Sonnen, Maia, Palhares, Mayhem, Stann, and Bitchping that would make interesting fights for Franklin.

GSP wants to drop to 155 but not if Edgar is champion lol. I cant believe he is serious, who is in charge of his PR??
