Im glad Rampage is back in shape, the Rashad fight is going to be a war. 
Rampage has signed a 6 fight contract wit UFC, so i guess he is still in MMA for the long haul.

Im glad to see Rampage back in Shape, I do think a lot of people are overlooking him in the fight against Rashad. That should be a war.

I heard that he was in terrible shape a few months ago, and him not being a 100% would have spoiled this fight.

have no idea if he was in shape a couple of months ago..he was very proudly showing off his 6 pack last night..doing a bit of pad work with a trainer..looked like his hands are getting quicker
