Big Nog vs Kongo at UFC 149

Kongo looked to be on a bit of a roll, beating Barry and Meathead back to back before Hunt knocked his ass out.

I dont think its a great fight for Nog because Kongo has really improved his wrestling and I think Nog might have a tough job getting the fight to the floor.

I said back when he beat Couture that Nog would become the new Couture, people would see him as an old man who is past his best and wont be able to hang with young phyiscal guys.

Im really looking forward to this one, Nog could with a win under his belt to stay relevant, if he looses to a guy coming off a loss to Hunt it wont be good for his career.

How you guys see it going? Nog going to be able to get him down and sub him? Reckon he has a chance standing with his improved boxing? Cant wait for this.

I think Nog beats Kongo even this version Kongo is so overrated especially his stand up K-1 Level my arse, Joe.

Great fight, the HW division is seriously stacked. All these fights are very important now as a consequence more depth in division.

Before you could afford to lose and still be at top of HW division.


Reem sure did fuck himself getting suspended, Barnett-Cormier will be coming in aswell the winners of all these HW fights. There will be long line of fighters to beat to get back to top.

With the Nog-Schaub/Mir fights and the Mir-Kongo fight in mind, can Nog outstrike Kongo?

Can't see Nog, who's imfamous for his lack of knockout power, knocking out Kongo, who has went the distance with Cain. Will more than likely be Nog via sub.
