Thiago Alves Possibly Fails UFC 124 Drug Test Empty Thiago Alves Possibly Fails UFC 124 Drug Test

    Just read this online:

Thiago Silva is still riding the wave of the notoriously outplayed You Tube footage of his Brandon Vera demolishing from UFC 125, but sometimes all good things come to an end. It has recently been reported that Silva has failed one of the two samples from the fight night claiming he had an illegal substance in his blood. This is yet another fighter to add to the roster of UFC men that are competing on a professional level with an illegal advantage.

Oddly enough, Thiago Alves is in the exact same situation with his blood test scores not being spoken of from the John Howard fight at UFC 124 back in December. There was a list of fighters published that came back with clean test results, with every single one from that fight card listed...except for Thiago Alves.

How frustrating these recent developments have been for fight fans as the Memorial Day UFC 130 card, held in Las Vegas as it was set up to be a monster of a card. Ironically, with both Thiago's scheduled to fight in that event. Silva was to face off against Rampage, and Alves against Rick Story. Thiago Alves has already fallen prey to the steroid lifestyle as he was suspended for eight months and fined $5,500 just following his winning performance at UFC 66."

First of all, if it is true, I don't understand why this is only coming to light now, surely the UFC 124 drug testing results should have been released a while back. Second of all, why do fighters continue to believe they can get away with it? And third of all, and this is the big one, both Thiago Silva and Thiago Alves train at American Top Team and shockingly enough, both are set to be pulled from UFC 130 due to a failed drugs test. But there is another high profile fighter who trains with American Top Team who has just recently fought.

Yeah it has been more or less confirmed that Silva definatly failed his drugs test, seeing how Hamill has replaced Silva against Rampage at UFC 130. But I have only seen one website report the Thiago Alves drugs test so I don't know how reliable this is at the moment.

Plus for the sake of the Grand Prix i'd say it will be pretty important, if Big Foot fails a drugs test Coker will pull him from the tournament and replace him with Fedor quicker than it takes Dana White to write on his Twitter about Fedor's loss.

Though this is all just speculation because he is at the same camp as Alves and Thiago Silva, I actually doubt very highly that he would have failed a drugs test.

I expect thiago to go on the horse meat diet ala Overeem and be fighting at heavyweight at around 265 in about 10 months.

God imagine Bigfoot on Human Growth Hormone? he already looks like an extra from The Munsters as it is
