according to his striking coach he is fighting Ryan Bader in January. His training camp starts in Denver next week.

just that the striking coach is moaning coz he gota go to denver and drag rob broughton there..then goto brazil with rob then go to japan with kongo..

Surprised at this fight TBH I though they would throw Bader a bone just hope Rampage turns up to this fight I was really disappointed in his performance against Jones. I would assume this is probably the Fox 2 Main event.

If it is true then it looks like when I said Rampage would be the Fox main about 2 weeks ago I was right .. surprised it's against Bader though, Griffin seems more wise for me.

i train with Dave Jackson who was in his corner for the jones fight (i think) and was defo in the corner for kongo against mitrione

ill ask him again on thursday at training..but i think he goes to denver then

Weird move from the UFC, Rampage in Japan would have been a sensible move but I heard him and Bonnar was calling for a fight with each other.

Bader vs Rampage is a really good fight though 2 wrestlers who can throw hands hard!

dave was complaining coz he hasnt had much time to prepare to go to denver as he was organising a charity fight night this sunday now hes had to let someone else organise it..

Ramplod vs Bader, a has been and a never will be.

Unlikely that it'll headline FOX 2, isn't Sonnen vs Munoz being lined up for that card?

Bader? First i've heard that one, but would be an interesting fight. I personally think Bader is overrated and Rampage would beat him. I have heard the Bonnar rumours though.

The UFC has granted Quinton Jackson's request to fight in Japan in February.

The former light heavyweight champion will meet Ryan Bader at UFC 144. UFC co-owner Lorenzo Fertitta confirmed the matchup to ESPN.com.

Interesting fight, I see Rampage doing more or less what he did to Hamill, stuffing most takedowns and winning a UD. UFC 144 is turning into a great card!

Really have no interest in seeing this fight. Can see it being a snoozefest like all Ramplod fights have been since Forrest took his belt.

Thankfully Henderson vs Edgar is on this card too. That will be an exciting fight.
