    Hey folks,

    I'm thinking on taking up Jiu Jitsu classes. I have never done any martial arts before and would like to take up Jiu Jitsu. Has anyone got any experience they can share?

    Also, I'm not the most athletic guy, play football and go to the gym and that ( usually just cardio machines ) so will I need to bulk up or anything?

    Any info is appreciated.

    I've only been to a couple of classes but you shouldnt need to bulk up no. Cardio work and football should stand you in good stead but be prepared to work harder than you do playing footy!
