Blackzillians and Glory joinging forces

The 2012 K-1 MAX Champion is only one of the latest GLORY kickboxers to make the journey to the Blackzillians Camp in Florida, USA. Along with fellow stars Robin Van Roosemalen (GLORY ranked #2 lightweight), Rico Verhoeven (GLORY ranked #6 Heavyweight) and of course, Tyrone Spong (GLORY ranked #1 Light heavyweight), Blackzillians has been playing host to an impressive assortment of stand-up strikers.

Groenhart is preparing at Blackzillians for his upcoming fight in September against Davit Kyria at GLORY 10 LA, while Overeem looks ahead towards his match with Travis Browne on UFC on Fox Sports 1. The rumor is that the Blackzillians have worked out some type of deal with GLORY, where the kick-boxers would use the Florida based camp while preparing for their debuts on US soil. It makes sense, and there’s a good chance we’ll see even more top GLORY talent make their way stateside soon.

I always expected some sort legendary new camp when they formed but all we hear is them under performing. There are a few great strikers already at this gym and this can only be a good thing for all the members. I think hopefull that Browne being a striker will mean Overeem will demolish him.

Lot of fighters I like watching under that roof, Overeem, Miguel Torres, Alvarez, Belfort, Rumble, JZ, Spong etc..

Hope they do well, we have seen some great striking from Rashad in the past and maby some big Glory Hw Kickboxers can show him how to put it to use against a taller rangier man in Jones if he stays at 205.
