I need help with some Avatar ideas for Efils

I'm struggling to think of any good ones for him,so your ideas would be well appreciated

I hear he loves Michael Bisping, you should give him one of Bisping looking like a tit....

The Bisping one is to easy,90% of everyone on here can be given a Bisping Av as punishment.
