To compare: Cain Velasquez's punch is 2230 lbs of force, Rampage Jackson's punch is 1800 lbs of force and Shogun Rua's kick is 2749 lbs of force

GSP Punhes harder than Cain or Rampage and Kicks harder than Shogun??

I like watching sport science,but when you see figures like that,it makes you wonder just how legit some of these testings are.

Do they use the exact same equipment when testing each of these fighters?

This is what Cain,Rampage and Shoguns measured when on the programme.

Cain Velasquez's punch is 2230 lbs of force.(the HW champ has 629 lbs less power on his punches than GSP )
Rampage Jackson's punch is 1800 lbs of force.(1059 lbs less,so GSP hits about 40% harder than Rampage )
Shogun Rua's kick is 2749 lbs of force.(so GSP kicks 528lbs harder than a top Muay Thai specialist that is two wieght classes above him )

These WW's GSP has been fighting must be the toughest little bastards in the sport,since GSP who supposedly has more power than the HW champ and two of the top 5 best LHW's on the planet,hasn't been able to put any of them away.

Wonder if the takedown that was registered at the same level as sugar is also bogus that looks the most likely to be accurate, gsp for me tomorrow all the way
