Whats the deal with the UFC belt? Who is the champ and who are the contenders for it for UFC 128?

Maybe the fact that Kampmann out struck him for every round and because Sanchez looked like the walking dead after the fight.

I actually gave the edge to Sanchez in that fight but Kampmann could have very easily won that decision.

This fight also proves Sanchez needs to go back to WW, in a division packed with wrestlers and with the champion being a dominant wrestler, Sanchez has no chance of winning the title at 170. His wrestling is not good enough. He needs to go to 155 where he is easily a top 5 fighter.

Kampmann is a good WW but he isn't a great one. When you look at his fights, at WW the higher level fighters have beaten him. Now granted some of those were very close losses, such as the SHields fight, but for me that was more to do with a poor Shields performance rather than Kampmanns quality.

If he stays at 170, I don't think he can get past Shields, Kos, Fitch, BJ or Alves in terms of the other contenders. I know I'm a big GSP fanboy so I might be a little bias but I really can't see Sanchez causing GSP any problems outside a quick early flurry. 6 fighters there at WW who are better than him.

At 155 though I think he could have a lot more success with BJ out the division. I can easily see him beating Edgar, Maynard, Pettis or anyone else in the division. 155 is what he should target.

And fair enough about 2brutal not justifying his rants.
