Seems like the minimum base pay is going up. I remember when it used to be $2,000 plus $2,000 win bonus. Good for the UFC and the fighters as well.

2 MMA judges scoring a round a draw isnt very common, Id have to watch it again but I think maby the blood swayed them cause I remember thinking Jardine had gone enough at the end of the 2nd to win get a 9-9

I think I scored it 10-9 Jardine in the 1st,The second should never have been a pt deduction as Herb didn't even see it,he was the other side of them picking up the gum shield,it should of only been a warning for me,but still I thought Hamill won the second,so I'd have to give it as a 10-8 with the pt deduction and then I gave the last rd to Hamill.
So 29-27 Hamill.
i'll have to rewatch it to be sure on the second rd though.

I hope they don't cut Jardine,even though his record has been crap lately,he's still an entertaining fighter and is a good guy to test the up and comers.

Yeah mate I really dont want to see him cut, he is hot and cold, he looked good at the start of that fight landing with ease and his handspeed was great. Jardine can be really entertaining to watch and I think Hamill winning was harsh, then again I think him beating Vera was wrong... or very close so maby its fair enough...

Even still I dont understand why if a gatekeeper shows he can beat liddell and forrest and hang with Rampage shouldnt be kept around and allowed to be an entertaining gatekeeper. I say Keep the Baroni's and the Jardines cause they are fun to watch and arent the highest paid guys...

I had it 29-27 to Hamill also. I think Jardine reacted badly to the point deduction and got very sloppy, he was dominating up to that point. But he for sure lost rd 2.

great card all the same fisher vs Siver was a great fight! Id love Kelly to rematch Siver andthe Leben fight was awsome!!! I didnt see him pulling that one back, few good fights, cant believe Yager lost, I thought he looked a great fighter after 2 figths in the house.

I agree it was a close second round. It could have been a 9-9 or a 10-8.

When a fighter gets a point taken away it seems like he has it all to do to win the round.

The eye poke was clearly accidental, I don't understand why he took a point away from Jardine. He hadn't been warned. Doesn't Hamill get 5 minutes to recover? Herb Dean said that Hamill had been dissadvantaged, but he didn't seem to be hurt by it.

I think they will keep Jardine, and keep serving him up for younger fighters.

I guess he doesn't mind his record going to shit as he is getting £60k oer fight.
