Fedor Emelianenko Is Running for Office in Russia, Could Retire After His Strikeforce Contract Ends

The regional political council of the party "United Russia" approved the list of candidates for internal party elections - the primaries. In the list of 58 candidates. Vadim Finkenschtein has issued a statement that even if Fedor wins the senate election in the predicted landslide victory, he still may not serve in the fledgeling government.
Finkelschetein and his promotional organisation M1 have declared that they would expect Russia to co-promote with them as part of the terms of Fedor's appointment, effectively changing the name of the country to the United States of M1 Promotions and Russia but I have heard they will settle for the United States of Russia and M1 promotions.
