    Congratulations to all of you for making the Armbar a mini success!!

    We now have 50 registered users and have had over 750 posts on topics - although you could probably half that if Rudeboy wasn't a member!! Laughing

    So keep up the good work everyone and pass on the word that for MMA news and chat the Armbar is the place to be!!
