I've always found fight shop to be useful.

My bag is attached by a wall bracket - similar to this one - MMA Equipment online B470-4080B

But, it goes without saying, that you need to ensure that the wall is sturdy.

is that you askin the same on 606?

anyway, my view is the 'double up' bag:

    http://www.protecboxing.com/acatalog/VINYL_BAGS.html

I have this, cant remember the weight but it was the heaviest one they did at the time, i like the angles for kicks and knees, much better purchase than the cylinder shape bag, I have had it for yonks now and its still in good cond

I got mine out in my garage, so just had a steel frame welded up (local fabricators, cheap as chips), hard to explain but imagine a hangman scaffold, obviously without the noose, and then another of the same scaffold, then join them at the top, and bolt to the floor. does that make sense?

Im only about 13 stone but been training for a long time so can give it a fair old whack and it holds out fine, never had any issues.

NB> did steer a fella on 606 towards one, and he v happy with it accordin to his post this morning
