MMA Predictions League - Round 5 Fight Changes

OK, as far as I can tell there have been changes to a few of the undercard fights in both events this weekend. The following fights replace those previously listed.

36. John Hosman vs Chad George.

The Robbie Lawlor - Trevor Prangley fight has been cancelled and will not be replaced.

That was some scrap at 107, I loved round 2 were buentello was trying to slip punches and then just decided, Fuck it im going to take on to give one... put his chin in the air and started trading! Really really likeable guy, Sad to see him loose. Bring on Hardonk next I say!

Cheers Ben. Yeah, it is Buentello, was supposed to be an animated avatar, but doesn't appear to work properly, never mind.

Haha Ive no Idea how to use an animated Avatar or post Gifs... I think by the time Im 30 I wont be able to use Tv im that bad with technology! Shows how usefull that It course was in tech!

Buentello put on an awsome showing, The 3rd round was close, I though it would be a SD announced. He is tough as old boots! I cant believe he survived the 1st round...

Who you think is next for the headhunter? Kimbo or Hardonk are 2 id like to see. Kimbo is clearly scared of the bigger heavys and Buentello hardly fits that description. Id loveto see Buentello give him a boxing lesson. Barry or Duffee would work as well.

I think Buentello will fight Hardonk or the looser of Crocop-Rothwell next, unless Mirko decides to retire after loosing again...

I have been thinking of possible opponents for Kimbo to look good against or have a chance against and i still have not come up with someone


Most of heavys can destroy him and not many 205's will be looking to jump up to 215 and fight him,

I think that Hardonk has to be next for Buentello, it would promise to be a very interesting match-up.

With regards to Kimbo, it's a tough one. He's too small to have much of a chance at HW, even pitted against the smaller guys. We cannot have a situation where he only fights at CW, so he will need to either shed weight or bulk up. Unless he just wants to be fodder for the bigger names? It seems a pity, cos I reckon, if he had of made it to a decent gym when he was younger, we could have seen a decent fighter, he certainly seems to take coaching well.
