Manuwa and Jimmo, Other new contenders at 205? Empty Manuwa and Jimmo, Other new contenders at 205?

I was thinking of potential oponents for Jones once the old guard are out of the way.

Manuwa hasnt lost a fight isnt too old at 32, he has 11 KO of his 12 wins one has made it into the 3rd round with him. Rampage said Manuwa near KO'd him sparing so Id wonder where a win over The Snake in england would put him. This one has finish writen all over it, one way or the other.

Jimmo has only 1 loss in his 1st MMA fight when he was young against a massive heavy. Jimmo looked big when I was watching him train with heavies at Blackzilians, No doubt he will come on as a fighter training with this level of guy now.

Davis, His Wrestling and Subs as well as size make him comparible to Jones and he is still young enough to improve his standup. Maby before Jones leaves the devision, maby not but he beat Gus who is being pushed for a shot. Maby The Rashad fight was just a blip?

Glover is obviously going to be an eventual challenger.

Mousasi could prove me wrong and be just fine at LHW,Te Huna and Vinny Magalhães could well be eventual solid top 10 guys and even Bader at 29 has time to improve,he definitely looked improved with that sub against the Janitor the other night.

Plus hopefully we eventually get to see Feijao and Spong in the UFC's LHW division.

Also,he needs to improve but I wouldn't mind seeing Ovince St Preux given a chance in the UFC,he's looked good in previous fights,I just think with how shallow the Strikeforce LHW division was, even though he took a round off him,the Mousasi fight was to much to early for him in his career.

I don't think Manuwa will do much at LHW he could be the next Joey Beltran for me. I think the most obvious are Glover, Jimmo & Mousasi to break through as contenders.

Mo needs to come to the UFC before too long Bellator can eat up a good part of a fighters prime but I can see him running through everyone they have to offer. Boxing with the Mayweathers will Make him top 5 material in no time.

Mousasi is destin for 185, too much hanging about with Fedor gave him the wrong idea about weight classes! Laughing
