Mir vs Nog II at UFC 140 Empty Mir vs Nog II at UFC 140

Well what do people think of this one? I dont like Nogs chances to pull off an upset again against another younger quicker harder hitting guy.

Nogs takedowns arent very good and I dont think he can get the fight to the ground. Even though he KO's Schaub I honestly think Mir is a more dangerous striker than Schaub and I think he will KO Nog again.

Anyone backing Nog? It would make my year for him to win that rematch. Mir's chin isnt great so I wouldnt totally dismiss a Nog KO but I think Mir is better on the feet and too Physical for Nog to drag to the floor.

I think Mir beats Nog again It will probably be a bit more competitive this time round though I do believe Nog's problems were a factor in the first fight but I honestly don't think they were the deciding factor in the fights outcome.

I hope this isn't the Main Event for 140 I would assume Toronto won't be too thrilled with this as a Main Event..

I'm glad a healthy Nog's getting the chance to revenge that loss, but I'm not confident he can do so.

Looking forward to find out though,I think it'll be a good fight

I actually think he can do it. Mir IMO is defintley a tougher test standing than Schaub but that's not to say Mir's standup is flawless. He tends to leave his chin open and his chin isn't great. Mir's take down defense has never been special, especially for such a big guy. I can definitley see Nog taking him down and he'll beat him on the ground IMO. I could see it going similar to Nog vs Barnett II. Quite looking forward to this one.

Mir stops Nog for me, is anybody really interested in seeing Mir fight a top three contender? I'm not anymore... I think hes become very middle of the road.

The last time Mir Big Nog and Lil Nog were booked on same card was UFC 109. HAHA. Heres hoping for a similar outcome!!

It was 119 not 109, Big Nog got injured when he was ironically meant to face Mir, Lil Nog lost to Bader.

Yeah sorry 119. Probably worst card ever. Big Nog pulled out of Mir fight and Mirko took the fight.

Lil Nog vs Tito is a cracking fight, I think Franklin would have been a better opponent for Nog style wise but Im really looking forward to this.

Tito just came off a number 1 contenders fight and he beat Bader before that, a win over him would be Huge for Nog and catipult him to the level below the contenders

    Evans/Bones/Rampage/Shogun/Davis/Machida

seem to be the top tier...

Below that if he beats Tito theres only really Forrest above him in the UFC and thats a great fight for him.

If Nog beats Tito and Rampage looses to Bones id love to see Lil Nog vs Rampage, stylewise I reckon it would be an absolute war, Rampage is dieing for someone to stand and throw hands with him and Nog is the man to do it.
