Titos Boxing looks OK for an MMA fighter at a push! and good enough for an oldschool Wrestler. Thing is when people are letting punches fly on on pads they can look good but it all goes out the window in the fight. Tito trained with Roach and I saw no improvment.

Titos footwork is as Flatfooted as Butterbeans and I dont know why he hit that Speedbag jabs on Camera and posted it on youtue to some pretty shit music (suppose he did better than Monson). If I wanted to watch Boxing training to shit music id just stick this video on...



Thing is Tito has a big Cabbage Mellon head so he can take a punch but he has to be set to punch because he is flat footed so why not have a go at all out agressiveness on the feet? That average Boxing is good enough to trouble a lot 205ers becaue of his size, he put Wandy on his Arse back in their fight so he has some power. It wouldnt replace his Wrestling needless to say!! but to be good on the Feet and be not just an 1 dimentional guy I think Tito has to be constantly on the front foot and headhunting relying on his chin.

Gotta love Fedor, he decides to open a gym so he builds a hotel with AN ARENA with seating for about a thousand people!! Russians never do things in half measures! Facilities look great, wonder how i would go about getting an invitation to train there.

Kill the Bull that knocked Aleks teeth out and send him the steaks you make of it! Im sure he would put in a word! Id imagine very few of them speak english over there mate! youd have a hard time making connection youd think.

Im sure there are sum good amature shows there. Cool seeing Fedor training there throwing people in his Gi! Bad ass!

That gym is incredible, it looks more like a hotel with a gym attached to it. Looks like a really chilled place to train. Awesome, Awesome gym.

Anytime I see Fedor train, he always seems to own the guy his sparring with. There was a video with him training with Mousasi where he just completely owned him. They should try find someone who can put up some resistance, if exists! The person I've see give Fedor the most trouble in training is his brother Aleks.

Loving the Fedor jumper, I really hope its an alternate costume in EA MMA! haha. He cant afford new clothes after buying his "palace" id guess!

Chelsea I saw him and Aleks Boxing and Fedor was bobbig and weaving and I literally dont think Aleks laid a glove on him!! I dont know who Fedors sparring partners are, just Randon big russians I assume because Aleks and Mousasi dont train with him Regularly.

Mousasi has been training with Overeem and Bas Rutten!

Ye I've seen that vid before as well. Aleks is so frustrating, he has so much talent, the genes of the greatest fighter ever but he seems intent on not living up to his potentiol.

Also good to hear Mousasi training with Overoid and Rutten. I don't like Overoid but I can't deny him his skills and I do like Mousasi so its good to see him improve what I assume will be his standup. I LOVE Bas Rutten and I think he's a pretty good coach, he should help Mousasi as well.

Is Mousasi thinking of doing K-1 again? Mushashi is the only credible opponent on his kickboxing record but to be fair he looked very impressive beating him. I'd like to see him fight someone like Zimmerman or Texeria.

The one thing Mousasi desperatley needs to work on his wrestling. The future of the division is filled with wrestlers and he's going to need to improve his takedown defence. He doesn't have the body shape for a wrestler but he needs to look at the Cro Cop of old and take his takedown defence. I don't really give him a good chance to beat Mo in a rematch anyway but I still think he can be a top LHW.

I wonder what Fedor makes of Mousasi training with Overeem.

The future of MMA is looking bright.
If your think some of the guys in todays MMA are well rounded,just imagine what the talent will look like in 10 years.

Damn those kids have some skills already. But will they still be as enthusiastic about the sport in 5. 6, 7 years time? In my opinion, that's pretty young to be starting out.
