Well its safe to say both fighters are past their prime, Both fighters bodys have been through wars since they last fought and both have certainly slowed a bit.
For me Shogun has deteriated as a fighter, he hasnt added anything new to his game or corrected flaws where as I think Nog has worked crazily hard on his Wrestling defence.
Id say Shogun is the better striker myself but when they go head to head the Styles seem to favor Nog. I remember him connecting well with Counters and dropping Shogun. Shogun worked with Freddie Roach in the run up to this and I hope he put in the time because correcting his pure Boxing could work wonders for him.
Im assuming Shogun has taken the easy aproach to a training camp again, I think he will have a much harder time getting the takedowns against an improved Nog and unless Roach works wonders I think Nog shades him in a standing fight especially in the later rounds where weve seen Shogun gas bad.
Nog UD for me.
