Hendo vs Machida is a 3 rounder, changing anyones opinion?

Well what do you think lads? 3 Rounds is something Hendo should be thankfull for because he hasnt the gas for 5 and Machida does, simple as that.

I still think its going to be a good fight for Machida, he is so much quicker, both with his feet and hands, I think he will avoid Hendo's front footed assault because he only has that to prepare for. He shouldnt push this fight at all, Hendo the 1 shot power to put Machida away so Machida needs to make sure those feet keep moving and I think he will be ok.

I see a UD in this one and If Machida wins the 1st round I think he will win all 3.

I love Hendo, I was actually Glad to see him beat Fedor and Shogun too so I wont be happy if my prediction comes ture but I just see Machida countering him all night.

I wonder if there is a chance the winner doesnt get a Title shot? Gus is next but thats after Sonnen gets his shot... Anyone see them having to fight Chael if he looses or the Evans/Nog or Glover if he beats Rampage?

If Hendo did get the win I think he should call out Anderson. Beating and becoming the number 2 Lhw IMO makes him a Solid top 10, maby even top 5 P4p fighter and Anderson wants superfights. Hendo needs to move down (or Meet him half way) if he can get Anderson before Bones.

If I was Henderson or Machida I would be seriously pissed off that this fight is not headlining. It's clearly the biggest fight on the card, it's clearly the fight that's going to draw the crowd and sell the PPV but it's not getting top billing and almost certainly they won't be getting the full cut of PPV money.

Yep Beating Fedor and Shogun back to back should give Hendo the right to headline over anyone, give legends their dues Machida and Hendo are both Legends of the sport, I dont know one of the Women in the main event. Dana bangs on about the title being on the line for the women but I dont like it. Still happy its a 3 rounder, Hendo has to do some damage in the 1st Machida cant recover from.

You still fancy Machida to Decision him? Hendo is a hard hard man to put away but he will be walking on to shots and ive seen him hurt before.

I dont fancy Hendo to win this Wrestling either, his Big looping punches help close distance and allow him to lock up or shoot on a leg with the momentum but Machida controlls distancs like no one in that devision.

I think Machida will just counter him to death and win a comfortable decision to be honest. Hendo just needs to land one big shot and he can win this fight but Machida is so hard to hit and if he's at his very best, he'll win this one IMO.

Not sure I'll actually be able to watch it to be honest. My two favourite fighters.

Crazy decision to not have this as the main event, UFC have no idea on poularity of women's MMA and it all seems to be off the back of 1 fighter's mainstream cross over, the fight wont go past a round but that takes the 5 round slot,


moving to 3 rounds is better for Hendo than Machida but I dont think it will change the result from a Machida UD.

IMO Title fights should go on last man, woman, midget or whatever they should close the show. I have to say i'm hoping they add an oil & no clothes stipulation to the Title fight (Liz can keep her clothes on though).

It's a very interesting Co Main event I still think Machida will edge a decision but now It's a 3 rounder I think Hendo has a far great chance of winning this fight.

I dont like it. I dont follow Womens MMA, I dont know anyone who does. Having said that you could count my mates who propperly follow MMA on one hand, but I dont know if there is a demand for it.

I dont think if Pacquiao was fighting without a belt that they would put some womans Boxing title match on 1st.

Simply because a lot of Boxing fans dont follow Womens boxing. Id imagine the same applies to MMA...

I for one hope this card is a total flop, just because Dana is shagging or is in love with Rhonda doesnt mean he has to put her in the main event. She should be fighting on a Womens only card and see if there is an interest in it.

Definitely agree that Hendo/Machida should be main event, however, I don't think it's fair to say, that there's no interest in Rousey/Carmouche. I just think in terms of long term respect gained, Hendo and Machida are two very big names, and therefore should hold main event status. Think that a move to three rounds, however, gives Hendo a far better chance.
IMO, Machida picks Hendo off at range, however, we all know what will happen, should Hendo catch Lyoto with one of those big right hands.
