TUF "The Smashes" UK vs OZ

Featuring lightweight and welterweight divisions, the Australian team will be led by George Sotiropoulos, while the UK line-up will be headed up by Ross Pearson. The two captains will fight at the climax of the season, and UFC president Dana White is excited by the Smashes rivalry.

"These guys have definitely made the second international TUF show 'can't miss' TV," White said. "Going into this thing, I had no idea just how much the Aussies and the Brits can't stand losing to each other. Now I know."

The British team features Colin "Freakshow" Fletcher, who is known for his off-the-wall character - often seen wearing a clown mask to the Octagon, as well as Michael Pastou who has a wrestling base and trains with American Top Team and Team Titan.

At welterweight, Team UK boasts 22-year-old Luke Newman and 30-year-old Bola Omoyele, both of whom train with the likes of Brad Pickett and Thiago Alves at ATT, as well as towering Dragon's Lair man Brad Scott.

Didn't realize Fletcher was on the show a bit surprised he's no longer with BAMMA they was building him up as an attraction and a bit of a star although when the UFC comes calling It's hard to turn them down.
