Football is infinetly times more difficult than MMA to get into the top stage of the sport. Damn near impossible to make it to premiership level team for talented young footballers. To make it into UFC go to a gym train for 18 months, beat a few cans, dye your hair green and show up drunk to TUF interview.

Funny how Anderson Silva,Kenny Florian and Jose Aldo plus many more, all failed to make the grade in this so called "least talented sport in the world" isn't it.

The UFC/MMA is a skidmark on the underpants of global sport compared to football. Dana is way off base here and out of his league.

he's a comical muppet, always has been. "3-1 and it's called a blowout". Maybe in America it is, certainly not anywhere else.

Fair play to Rangers, but let's face it if there was ever an old firm game that meant nothing it was this one. Celtic were poor today, but what do you expect from 9 men. 3-2 turned out to be a decent results for us, considering we played shite!

To be honest, he was excellent for us at the start of the season, which was the first time he'd played really. Then Celtic and Rangers came sniffing (particularly Celtic), and he made it clear he wouldn't sign a new contract with us, so he wasn't played much until January, and to be honest, i'm happy with the 400,000 we got for him from WBA. I think he has alot of potential, but was kind of put off by his attitude! He had come through the youth system, and the least he could have done is sign a new contract with some sort of release agreement, then he would have played for us and gone for more money, like Goodwillie did for £2m.

Himself and that Forrest kid at Celtic are being talked up as the biggest prospects to come out of Scotland in about 30 years. Be interesting to see how they develop. Don't think Allan should have moved to West Brom though. Woy Hodgson has done as much harm as good to both Dorrans and Morrison. A move to Celtic would have been better for him I reckon.

Agree he should definitely have signed a new deal with a buy-out of 1.5-2mil though and given something back to United. You've got a talented left winger there now, some chap with a double barrelled name, think he was at Liverpool a few years ago.

Yeah to be honest it's a bit of a catch 22 for young scottish players, because the thing we hate to see the most is our young talent snapped up by Celtic or Rangers and then wasted. As a result, it seems that for alot of the guys, like Goodwille for example, going down south to a lower prem or higher championship team is a better option. That said, it isn't working out too well For Goodwillie at Blackburn, and Danny Wilson is another example at Liverpool (although he did come from Rangers). I think it's a real problem for Scottish football.

Yeah we have a good few decent youngsters coming through. The guy you mean is Gary Mackay-Steven. He's been a bit of arevelation, and has the techincal skill to run amok in the SPL, so has shone for us so far this season.

Wilson needs to have the next 2 seasons or so on loan from Liverpool. He won't get a look in whilst Agger is fit and playing so well but he's being tabbed as the long term replacement for him. I think he has a lot of potential, doing well at Blackpool thus far from what I've heard.

Yeah he could be a mainstay in the Scottish national team if he lives up to his potential. Here's hoping!

Bizarre, Luis Suarez gets fouled and wins a penalty and is branded a scumbag, Andy Carroll flings himself to the ground with nobody near him and it's just a bit of a joke.

Stunning form from Liverpool over the last couple of months, everything is going to plan, don't worry Kenny will get it right, yada yada yada yada.

Was over the moon, with our performance yeserday, and hopefully (barring a colossal fuck up), that should be us safe for Europa league spo, next season. Although, we do still have Swansea away, Man City and Cheski still to play.

Ciss is looking full of awesome at the moment, and Perch is looking a completely different player, now that he's settled in the EPL.
