Monsterous and Tattoo'd Big Nog

Holy Shit check out the size of Big Nog in these Pics, He has gotta have put one some serious beef recently, these pics are from a couple of weeks ago

In the group lineup he looks bigger than Bigfoot!

I dont know if this is good or bad, against Mir Nog was at his career highest 246lbs and he looked bad, for his fight against Couture that he dominated he was a ful 15lbs lighter (the difference between Welter-Middle or Light-Welter)

Looking at these Photos I think he is carrying some extra weight around the mid section but is also hulking in the upper half in a way we have never seen of Nog. My thoughts are Nog has realised he is slow and is packing on the weight to improve his chances of taking Schaub down.

What are peoples thoughts? Its a drastic change allright.

He was back up to 242 for the Cain fight, Comparing Pics I can see him tipping the scales at over 250... Ive a bad feeling about him being so heavy, for me out of the guys im hoping for in Brazil I will be saddest to see Nog loose, Im really hoping the extra size will allow him to get Schaub to the floor and tap him before he eats one of those bombs.

I don't even think that it's certain that Schaub will have the better of Nog on the feet.

Fair point, Nogs boxing isnt too bad and Schaub really only throws fists, Schaub is much lighter on the feet and a bigger hitter though, I think his striking is overhyped because against because Crocop is the only good Striker he has KO'd

Having said that Nog got KO'd by Mir and Cain and he got banged up pretty bad on the feet against Herring and Sylvia, really apart from Couture he has bearly had a good moment standing since Pride.

My feeling is that Nog may be able to hold his own on the feet but the speed and power difference means its a seriously dangerous game for him, I dont fancy him to get the better of the standing myself.

i'd love Nog to pull this one off,but I'm just not seeing it.

I've got a horrible feeling that this fight is going to be a stinker and go in a similar way to the werdum - Reem fight,but with Nog being to slow compared to schaub in the stand up and resorting to desperate takedown attempts and constantly flopping to his back every time schaub throws a few shots.

Wow, he looks massive there. The difference between how he looks here and how he looked against Mir though is that against Mir he looked quite fat. He looks pretty buff here.

I have Nog in this fight, never rated Schaub and despite being past it Nog still put a beating on Couture and only lost to two top class HWs.

this is actually about 5 weeks old.

i saw some other photos of him from around this time, and sorry guys but he looked pretty fat.

Hate to sound a dick but It won't make a difference as much as I want to be wrong the mediocre Schaubb is going to Knock out another faded shell I really hate this fight and Schaubb's path towards a possible Title fight most of his wins have be against fighters coming off a loss or two.

Though im sorta in the same boat as cowboys Im my head I see Nog getting Sparked again, he is very east to land on, Couture was landing a lot of shots despite getting his ass handed to him, if Schaub lands the same shots I think Nogs chin holds up... here hoping we are wrong.

Wow he looks almost as big as Big Foot here!!! He does seem to have a gut in this pic but we'll see how looks at weigh ins... Glad to see him back though very unfortunate with injuries.

Who is the winner of this fight getting I wonder?

Both are top 10 ranked with a win, the oly guys above the winner will be Cain and JDS who are in the title fight and Lesnar and Mir.

I suppose they have the looser of JDS vs Cain if not Lesnar or Mir.

IMO the looser gets Nelson, Schaub vs Nelson rematch is something that needed to happen and Nelson was after a fight with Nog and stylewise makes for a good fight id say.

The winner I reckon gets Mir, Schaub was asking for a fight with him a while ago and Nog was also after a rematch.

If Nelson beats Cro Cop (I think he does) I hope that is Schaub's next fight.

I hope we get a repeat of the 1st fight, can't get enough of this GIF



On a side note all the new Ink the Nogs are getting I'm assuming the recent spate of defeats have sent the pair in to a mid life crisis.

Mid life Crisis... Lil Nog actually looks way older than Big nog now, If you only looked at his face he could pass for a man in his 50's... when you actually think they are only about Lesnars age getting ink doesnt seem like a mid life Crisis, its just that you think of them as 10years older than they are!

On Lil Nog I wonder when he is good to Return? I hear he asked Franklin to wait for him but Rich is talking about going back to 185. I hear that the Janitor is pushing for a rubbermatch, I say he should take it if he is offered it.
